Thanks for the help, but I think there is confusion in what I am asking.
Origional will be built from wood and bondo to the correct shape. What I am planning to do is cast this in silicone or rubber to make a mold that will be used to make up to 4 fiberglass copies.
What my question is is what type of silicone or rubber should I use that will release cleanly from bondo figerglass resin.

RTV rubber will do the job, it will not adhere to anything.

Mold max 30 silicone is used alot I would just a make a all fiberglass mold myself as long as there arent to many under cuts it would work great
Do u have pictures of this thing to be built? If its a one piece with nothing sticking out then u can make matrix molds. Its a bit complicated but you can build a mold that will give u quality casting without deformities and easy demolding of the hard piece.
matrix molds involve making a simulated mold with keys and ribs using wed clay or klean clay and then spray a clear coat before you build the shell mold on top of this using plaster powder with burlap. There are a million ways to make a mold so it depends on what your object looks like. Whether it'll be a 1 piece mold or 2 part mold or multi-part mold. etc
Mold release for casting resin has several options. U can use a spray that contains gas and silicone oils to maintain the rubber mold and allow for easy demolding. Also talcum powder is good, sprinkle a bunch into the rubber mold and brush off like dusting old furniture.

In my experience with the bondo stuff, any of the smooth-on silicones will work fine, even without any mold release. As Uratz says, you can also use a light dusting of talcum powder, or a dedicated release agent like the ease release 200 that Smooth-on also sell.
