Metal Cast Armour

I'm trying to go all out on this one and I would greatly appreciate some pointers, I am trying to make a full metal mandalorian armour set but cannot find a way to make the molds for the plates and for the helmet I am totally lost. Please help.

I agree with dv8r. Cyberpyrot's thread is really great. No need to cast when you can cold forge. His armor looks great.
