Has anyone heard of Man of Wars Studios, they have a jetpack that I plan to buy but I am unsure of thier quality and if the 300 dollars is worth it. Any help out there? THank you.

They are common around these parts, you will find threads about their items if you do a forum search for "MOW" as they are typically referenced with just that.

I just started on my first build two months ago. Christian's jet pack was my first purchase...It is awesome...somewhat intimidating at first, but I have found it to be extremely easy to work with. I am about 75% done with it...good luck!! Also Christian's customer service is second to none!!

Hey Bigdane, I clicked on the link and it just brought up a link to email you, is there a link to your build thread? or could you tell me where to find it? thank!

Just received my MOW jetpack kit to the UK, only took about 3x weeks in total from ordering. I'm replacing my Darth Vorhees jetpack as the MOW one is a touch smaller & will suit my short body frame better PLUS - HUGE PLUS it is only 4Kg unlike the DVH which is 8kg.

That weight cant be right. 8kg (according to a google converter) is 17lbs. My older packs are about 9 pounds not 17. 17 would be ridiculous! My new packs (the V3) are 7 pounds which is about 4kg and about an inch shorter and more shallow. Just saying. That said, the MOW pack is a nice pack, always has been!

Actually Lou, 7lbs would be far closer to 3kg off the top of my head because I know there are 6.35kg to one stone, the preferred units for body weight in the UK, and there are 14lbs to one of those.

That's pretty light for such a large object.
