Now the moment you've all been waiting for!!! Time to order the fabric boys and girls!!!

How this is going to happen is as follows:

Cost is $26 a yard.

This includes the cost of printing, fabric cost, and shipping. For all that in one price...I think it is golden.

Fabric specifics:

Lightweight 100% cotton shirting fabric 63" wide
This fabric is very soft and lightweight. It will be excellent when it is made into a shirt.

Printing Information:

The printing is a direct print onto the fabric. No sublimation or heat transfer. This is going RIGHT onto the fabric boys and it is ready to wear and will not fade and the ink wont run! Only straight, crisp lines with this guys! This company supplies designer fabrics for the fashion industry. It is TOP OF THE LINE!

Design:

The design is from Pinder himself and is 99.9999% movie accurate (I'd say 100% but it is a stretch to say ANYTHING is 100%). The vector was done by Sereiana and is absolutely beautiful! The vector is a single repeat. This means that it is able to line up perfectly for the all over print.

PRICE IS $26 a yard + $3 per order for Paypal fees. This is only $3 for you but with 80 orders it would be hundreds for me!!! DON'T FORGET THIS!!!

Example:
John Doe orders 4 yards. Price is $26*4=$104+$3 for paypal fees. Grand total for four yards including shipping is $107.

I am hoping to ship all fabric by the end of next week, but there is a possibility it may not work out. With this being said, after Monday at 4pm I CAN NO LONGER REFUND ORDERS!!! This is a made to order item. If it is made for you and you drop out now, I will end up paying for it. I cannot let that happen. SOOO, after Monday October 20th at 4pm, if you haven't asked for a refund YOU WILL NOT GET ONE!!! Sorry guys but I don't have $6000 to pay for all this. Hope the pics get you excited!!!

I'll be shipping right after I get the fabric. You have to realize that I can't get the fabric until I pay for it and....it is costing over $9000!!!! Soooo...I need to wait for some more people to fulfill their orders they placed throughout the last couple months.
 
I bought 10 yards worth, can I ADD an extra yard to my order, how can I do this so that it will not confuse you come shipping time?
 
*UPDATE*

To ensure that EVERYONE gets their fabric with ample time to sew the shirt for halloween, I am going to cut off the order on Wednesday September 18th. There are two routes here. You can pay immediately and receive your fabric before Halloween, or you can pay at your convenience and receive the fabric at my convenience. This is costing A LOT of money and not many people have paid like they said. Mostly all the guys from therpf.com. I'm going to do a pm run tonight over there and here. If you've already paid just disregard the pm and DONT PM BACK!!! I get many pms which is fine, but I dont want to get more than I need. THIS BRING THIS ONE HOME GUYS!!!
 
I anticipate sending it as soon as I get it. I mean cut and package in one day. The only thing that is holding us back is the fact that not many people have paid. I originally estimated 450 yards and now it is looking more like 250-325. This is quite frusterating, but it wasn't unexpected!!
 
Sending payment now for four yards. Sorry for the delay, with work being nuts I don't get to check the boards as much as I use too. Thanks for the PM about this!
 
Yeah! I'm going to pm a ton of people tomorrow just to give them a heads up. I figured there would be a lot of people who were either busy or forgot about us!

Hey kwally, if you end up being stuck with some extra fabric, I'll be glad to buy some off you at the agreed upon price.
 
kwally, are you doing half yards? as in me ordering 2.5 yds? also, so we dont know how close to halloween it will be? thanks.

edit: disregard the half yard question, you can expect my order for 3 yards right after i am done posting this. Still curious when you estimate we'll be getting it though? And I want to extend a big thank you for organizing this and seeing it through.

edit (again): kwally, I just paypaled my money to you and I just want to make sure i did it right. you said above to put all that info in the "instructions" you meant the "optional email" right? i did not find any field in the payment process that said "instructions"... please pardon my ignorance if i am wrong. either way my order is in. Thank you again for all your hard work in this.
