ah, well you could still try to make a latex mold of the face...

there is a picture of him in the new sw insider 80, he is all burnt on one side of his face, or something, its all scared...
That's not Jaster. You're confusing him with the picture of Vizsla that's below the paragraph about Jaster. You see Jaster's face in OS - it isn't scared.
