lol have anyone have any idea one how to cut the fiberglass i need the mask to open and how to take away that stinky fiberglass smell inside the helmet

wow, looks great! you clearly have a lot of skill. Unfortunately i'm not of much help because i've never done the fibreglass thing before...

Good luck and keep up the great work!

Time is what removes the smell, you can speed up the degassing process and the ful chemical cure by keeping it in a warm (not hot) dry but ventilated area.
A hot knife can easily cut through thin enough fiberglass, but the best tool will probably be the dremel, cutoff wheels and actual drilling at the angles.

thks i was planing to send to carpenter to help me cut with dremel and the smell is killing me lol really thks for the advise :)

nice work so far
I take it you know abt pepakura and the steps in the build process?
Was just asking as you havent done much smoothing out with body filler over the fibreglassed pepakura model? It would help obliterate the overlap lines and sharp corners off your pep model and give it a nicer finish.

The 405th fourms and youtube have lots of info on the steps from pep model to finished item which could probably explain it better than I could.

yeah dremel or any rotary tool with teh cut off wheel should work out fine. If you are planning on building more, I would definately think abt investing in one. I worked through my entire 1st project w/o and only shelled out cash for a dremel after - and immediately thought to myself - why was I even thinking of NOT buying one!!

thks i can dremel for a cheap price building the chest pieces soon
thks for the advice

hey guys can i use very fine sand paper to smooth my helmet?

Start with course sandpaper. Trying to remove material with anything less than 220 grit is frustrating and a waste of effort.
As you reach the shape you want, then switch to finer grit to get a smooth finish. If you check out MicroMark, they've got sandpaper as fine as 12000 grit (feels just like cloth), so you can make the surface as smooth as you want.

the gold is okay rite?

sand paper isnt going to get those flaps and paper openings to flatten out without destroying the shape they make, you should really consider some more filler or glazing putty, put it on in thin coats, sand, coat, sant, etc... until you get what you want.
