I.... Am new here and have an Iron Man question!!

Ok so I was asked to sculpts some Iron Man armor from a picture that someone sent me, but I know nothing about the armor or what MarkVersion it is ect... So after a few Google searches, this site kept coming up, so here I am...

Any information would be great. Also - as a question here - would you all rather see a MarkIV or a MarkV set of armor??

Here is the pic...

Like I said, I know very very little about the character other than the movies, and this looks like an awesome set of armor to sculpt, but I haven;t seen it before, and wanna make sure that it's not a fan-based work that I am simply resculpting.

Thanks!!

Yea I actually emailed him last night and didn't get anything. I thought I saw it being used, the picture above, as someone' avatar on here. Now in the trailer there is a suit that has the same triangle on the chest, but the suit is red. Does any one know if this is fan sculpted or if it is in fact something to do with the movie?? I'm pretty sure I am going to sculpt it any how, like I said I just don't want to step on toes ya know?

The picture above looks like Mark V Iron Man Armor. Mark III being the armor from the first movie, Mark IV is in the new movie and features more rounded/streamlined armor characteristics and the Mark V has the triangular arc reactor or "Unibeam" construction. Basically the armor above is Iron Man painted in War Machine colors. In the new movie the War Machine armor is more boxier then the more organic looking IronMan.

I think the Mark V would be the better one to sculpt as its the most recent and not a whole lot of people have done this yet.

Cheers-

Jay
