home made clone

HI been looking at dented helmet for ages,an been putting together a clone helmet,ive been building myself.
any ideas or help on taking casts of this.i was wondering on cutting into sections then making f/glass parts an then putting together...im a way off yet but getting close. any help would be great....:)

This a pep model? If not, what's it made of?

i started with thin card, tape then covered in fiberglass resin and now plenty of body filler .. its moved on alot .ive justcut off mouth piece to add lenght more fotos later...

Def. post more photos. To avoid pic size limit put them on some free hosting place like imageshack, or register on photobucket.

PS where is the side ear piece ? I think you need this one at some point :)
