How does one go about doing this? All I'm trying to do is relax a "wrap-around" on the back of the neck of a Vader faceplate.
I will also then be adding some more glass to thicken it up.

If need be, I'll just apply more glass to the outside and grind away from the inside.
I'm converting a CA recast to an ANH look and will be reworking the neck anyway.
