Foam-X

hi all, was just searching for an english equivelant to Sintra and came across a wholesale website selling 5mm "Foam-x". Anyone know if this is similar to Sintra or ever worked with it before?

looks to me that foam-x isnt the same stuff, its seems like its styrene based foam particles....i would think the foam -x is more for a presentation display, or sighn display, like britsol board...thats my guess..hope it helps! mabye someone else here as a more expert opinion in the matter!!:cheers

Jluck is correct, this product is a polystyrene based sheet. This company does however sell a sintra equivalent;

Sintra is just the trade name for a rigid expanded closed cell PVC. Looks a bit pricey, but European pricing for plastics are always more painful. Especially now since they are so anti-PVC.
