To answer in order....

1. Pretty much anything, cotton, polyester, wool, some are even made from insulated materials, but you don't want that or you'll die. :p

2. An O.K. suit in a readily available color runs about $10-$15, I suggest a local goodwill or Salvation Army. Also, when googling, use "coveralls" and "jumpsuit" as keywords too, many listings will come up. :)

3. More than to buy one, unless you are REALLY desperate for the right color, and you have the fabric picked out, don't do it.

4. Unless you are a seamstress, and do this for a living, I wouldn't.

If this helped let me know, if you need more help, contact me or Ladysewforus, or darthcarcinus, both are great fabric workers. :)

For a screen acurate fett suit, from a good seamstress your looking at 100-200 bucks. Just thought id throw that out since it wasnt mentioned.

I would suggest buying a white one, and dying it. As most the other colors especially grey, are too dark.

I think she is going for a custom job stormrider... but He is correct, unless you order off of eBay. :)

Spats are in the way...how do you -

This fits the thread topic, so I'm posting this here because I can't seem to find my answer searching through pics, etc.

Are the flightsuit pant legs folded over on themselves and then tucked into the boots?? I can't tell how they are worn for screen accurate look because all photos have the spats covering the top of the boot where the flightsuit leg and boot meet.

Thanks!
