Fibre moulding ?

Hi all :)

I want to make my own helmet, gauntlets.. etc out of fibre glass ... but at the moment know nothing about working with the stuff :)... has anyone got any useful tips or maybe suggest some good reading on the subject :)

I tried using the search thing but it did'nt come up with anything :)
