I finished this a few months ago. Here are some pics. The lights even have a blue tint.

Wow, its awesome, what is it made from?
It's all made from regular wood materials. I wanted to make it to be as durable as possible so you could use it at cons for pics and such.
Thanks, both the projector and your costume are awesome
Now that is at the top of the cool list!
That's absolutely awesome. When I first saw the thumbnails, I thought the Vader was a 1:1 display mannequin rather than someone wearing a costume. Now that I know, I think it is a given that it's a MUST for you to alter a mannequin to display on this base like that at all times. Great job!
Pwnzr! I'm loving it... now, you need to make it actually project a holograph!
That would make an awesome display base for a lifesize figure. Any chance you could post a tutorial with blueprints, etc. so others could build one.
Big sonofabitch! Awesome prop, Herr Vader! Your camera guy sucks though. ;)
Now that is nice! Awesome work! I almost thought the Vader was a scaled model...damm!
Unbelievably cool ! :cheers
That kicks butt!
It would also make one hell of a saucer sled.
