Connecting neck seal

What's the best method to connect the neck seal? I have some velcro strips. I can't tell from looking at pictures if that's the best way or some type of hook method. Sorry for the noob question =)

I sewed Velcro around the collar of my flight suit and to the underside of the Dickie for my neck seal. I used broad 1 1/2" strips of Velcro around the collar, and thinner pieces around the edges of the Dickie. Rock solid!

i think that the original had the neck seal sewn directly to the flight suit.

I think velcro as its cooler and easier to line and adjust for a better seal

the original had neck seal c clips I believe but velcro is easier, any pics on the update??
