Allumium ?

Can you cut Allumium by hand with a saw ? or is it as I have heard difficult and hard cut this way ?

Im an aircraft mechanic by trade, aluminum is your friend! it is very easy to cut, although using a sanding disk with a dremel or die grinder would be preferred.
Just remeber its a very soft metal and will mark up easily. Using a hack saw would be the best hand way to do it.

If you can use a band saw your cooking with gas though!
