without too many words, this is the 1st prototype I did:
I know, the brass cone hasn't the correct shape....
Well, I did it in the night, and I also broken the only drill I had
BTW, the correct shape will be this: (There will also be slots)
As soon as the new drill will arrive, I'll make a new proto to show you.
I also find a light that looks much like the real one. I could make in the aluminun base a perfect venue for it, and sell it all together.

So,
Beacon option "A"
the price is 30 euro + shipping.
It include: aluminum base (hollow), brass top and a bolt with a hole
They are 3 separate pieces. You just will have to glue with a drop of CA glue, the brass top to the alluminum base and screw the beacon to the jetpack with the drilled bolt.
No light!
Beacon option "B"
the price is 45 euro + shipping.
It include: Beacon option "A" + hardware for the light.
So, you will have:
-1 small 4v E10 lamp
-1 E10 base
-black and red 24 AWG wires (15 cm each)
-1 3AA Battery Holder with Switch
-1 heat shrinkable (4 cm long)
-1 PCB screw terminal connector
You have to weld the two wires at the E10 base and use the heat shrinkable to isolate the lamp\base from the aluminum body. Otherwise there is a short circuit and lamp will not light. Put the battery holder inside the jetpack, screw the beacon to the jetpack with the drilled bolt and use the screw terminal connector to join the battery holder wires with the beacon wires. Red with red and black with black
Beacon option "C"
the price is 50 euro + shipping.
It include: Beacon option "B" + works.
I make the circuit in the beacon. So you have the beacon with light ready to wear. So you can just put the battery holder inside the jetpack, screw the beacon to the jetpack with the drilled bolt and use the screw terminal connector to join the battery holder wires with the beacon wires. Red with red and black with black
IMPORTANT
The electrical pieces could be different from those pics (pics from the catalog)... btw, the lamp is right because is the lamp in my 2nd proto (pics above)
Btw , the characteristics are the same.
MOST IMPORTANT
The life of the lamp is 25h. It's normal for that type of lamps. So, I am not responsible for the life of the lamp! If you want, you can buy more lamps ( 3 euro each).
Btw, it's a T9 lamp with E10 base, 4V. You can buy in your local stores. It's almost easy to find it.
