No. They won't. And a word about the nature of the beast here.

The real panel is 1/8 inch thick.

The real hic has 1 real panel and 7 solid casts. That's why only one has electronics in them. The real panel has every square on the front cut out.

My casts are poured so the front has no bubbles. A Bout half of the panels will have some thin spots on the vertical corners of the boxes. It's the nature of the beast. I could thicken these up. And make a mold that has much thicker parts and it would take 5x as long to clean up and they will. Cost 25% more or I can pour them solid and the hero panel will be impossible to make. And they will coat 50% more.

I have a member that isn't satisfied with the panels and I am reimbursing him. If anyone else isn't happy send them back and I will reimburse you with shipping.

Any issues pm me so I can expect the box returned. Write your email addy on the box.

I'll post pics of exactly what I am referring to on Tuesday.

No more panels will be sold. Except the returned panels and only upon a discussion of what will be delivered.

Sorry if this inconveniences anyone. I make things at the lowest possible price with a lot of factors involved and can no longer take the beating for super complex Items at a low cost.

With paypal fees. Shipping. Mold weight. Complexity taxes and loss this is a losing venture I'm not prepared to chase. I have explained the. Difficulty in multiple threads but still apologize if you were expecting different results.

Mine look great! This is about prop building and prop building is rarely perfect. Sure, there are a few thin spots, but that's what resin is for. Besides, once these are mounted, they're never touched anyway. Don't beat yourself up Storm! I think you do great work and I am totally satisfied with my purchase.

Joshimus, yours is only a customs number, and they haven't gotten it to me yet. I lost the receipt, but they say it takes 7-14 days to arrive. Try to be patient and I will keep asking at post office for them to look it up until they are sick of saying no. But I have never had a set not arrive, Thanks.

I am waiting for rubber for the last purchased HIC. There are three waiting, a full, and two partials.

The full ships tomorrow, the two partials one is shipping and one is holding til I get the rubber Friday (I hope).

    Thanks.

I have started building a new control panel internal.

Heres my thoughts tell me what you think. There are pasrts of the control panels that you simply cant get to stay thin. No matter what anyone does they are always thin. Some thinner than others. The harder the silicone you use, the better it is. And the better the box its encased in, the better it is. But after about 10 pulls, the piece gets thin in the corners and back.

I am going to make a reinforced internally control panel. That wont have that issue. And I am going to make it finished instead of like the new volvo panel, I will put the back plate in so people can mount their greebles. And I will send 6 of those, and 2 direct pulls from the volvo panel for the hero panel (and a back up in case you mess it up.

This will alleviate the issues with teh thin spots, and allow for quicker builds.

My casts have no bubbles or flaws on the surfaces as is, but the backs and sides get thin. And anyone that knows me knows that I am a perfectionist. If I can get the loss down, I can get the price down too.

    Thanks,
    THoughts,
    Mike
