No problem, just curious, as Fett Pride has not delivered on a majority of his promises and has stolen from many members here. Excuse after excuse without updates.

I think it's silly to accuse Fettpride of "stealing."

In my case I pay the GMH Helmet on march 12th, then i receive an email from FP on may 8th telling me his lost, since then 4 months later i still dont have the GMH and i been sending emails and PM with no answer, does anybody knows anything from him?

Boba86Solo, please be careful when accusing someone of stealing. I know of no one that FettPride has stolen from. He is a great guy and busts his butt for our community! He has had some delays, including mine, on orders for numerous reasons. One of which was for the "As you wish" project which is benefiting Make A Wish foundation. That is an amazing cause and I for one can wait for such good causes as that. I may get frustrated at times waiting, but I know I will receive mine and it will be awesome!

A delay is ok.Problems in real life are more than understandable. But no feedback or acknowledge for weeks or month are not ok.
I think that's the most important point which bother the most ( include myself ) here.
I for myself also wait for some parts, which were missing parts from a order from last year january, which i got told were nearly fninished in May this year. After May, no more update.
I'm angry about that? No.
I'm disapointed about the bad communication? Yes.
But if you say something like this in that case, you get booed from the stage or your posts get deleted.
Is that fair? No.
Chris is a great guy,sure, he does a realy good job on props,his parts have a high standart, but that does not excuse a bad communication to his customers.

I understand your frustrations and I agree that his communications could be better, but I've purchased from him many times and have had 9+ months of waiting on occasion. Chris doesn't BS products out, he gets them right the first time. Plus with Celebration CVI going on, the Sideshow suit, all of the other real world junk he's doing most likely set him back.

He's working on it, everyone will get their stuff, I guarantee it.

I agree with the FP detractors on this thread.
I've voiced it ad nauseum , only to be chastised myself for it.

Lies + countless excuses + empty promises + extremely long turnaround times + lack of communication = Bad Seller.
It's very simple.
just because you eventually deliver a good product doesn't mean squat.

You can look back on this thead and see the obvious lie he told me. I have faith in actions, and sometimes words. At this point I and many others have neither. I like to give someone the benefit of the doubt, but when I see more time spent writing excuses about why there is a delay, without updates, there is an obvious problem.

Okay, I rarely post in here, but these are my thoughts:

I like Chris. I'd say based on the very few interactions I've had with him I like him a lot...

That being said, 1+ year wait is 'normal', I don't have time to communicate directly, other projects have come up... these are all things I simply don't care about.

I paid my money. If something new project has come up, finish my orders first.

I have no idea when my order will ship. I paid May 24th, 11, I've continuously been listed as the post-July 11 order group. I've asked about this repeatedly, but to no response.

I don't care if he's busy... I just want an occasional email.

Obviously, there is a lot I've missed here. As I say, OFTEN, I don't get notifications for this thread anymore. I
have to hear about these things second hand and come running. But, to answer each and every one of you
individually here will take time. It's best to do a group "wrap" here.

After delivering more than 50 helmets in the recent few months, as well as MANY backorders, I'm being flat out called
a THIEF now? A liar, a cheat, and everything else in the book? After I've said on several occasions that I have
abandoned the PM system here at TDH due to capacity issues, and give everyone every way to contact me outside
of this forum, this thread, you still amass here to platform your concerns? I've given my personal phone number for
texting on Facebook. And have responded to all except for maybe three individuals until THIS WEEK ? Because
I have to keep moving on orders and don't have all the time everyday tend to messages. I'm running from you folks?
I'm bailing? I've disappeared? Really ? Wouldn't I have done that long before coughing up the shear mass of items that
I have in this last 7 months and saved myself a couple of years off my life? Would I have given every way of contacting me
that I possibly could have? That is beyond ridiculous to be flat out accused of being a THIEF.

Ok, Ok. Let's be real here. I've obviously been missing my timelines. Because there has been a lot to do, after my being
bulldozed with heavy duty projects and everything else under the sun. Yet there are still packages arriving on doorsteps
everyday. You won't see those folks chiming in to my defense, because they've moved on with their builds. Haven't you
noticed that the names of those that call me out for this or that, change every time we go through this? Or some
just never come back to say, "hey I got my items" ! There is a reason for that ! Because I'm delivering my orders !
I have said, and plead my case, repeatedly. But if a single two week or one month block goes by without my presence HERE,
some people fallapart again. I COMPLETELY understand that there are quite a few people upset with me. But I still come through with
my orders. Does anyone here actually read this damned thread? Would someone run away after delivering thousands of dollars in
orders and goods? Hell I've even issued a couple of refunds for folks. It's time that everyone takes a look at the big picture
here. I'm not saying that just because a product is "kick ***" that I should have forever to deliver it. What I'm trying to say is,
what I've always tried to say is, I bit off a HUGE chunk that was hard to chew and before I realized it, things were backed up.
IT HAPPENS. IT TAKES TIME. And there are always things along the way that will inevitably slow things down that we don't
see coming. And, there are times that you give the best estimate you can and you're wrong. And I have been wrong more often
than not in recent months because I underestimated, or I was overconfident. IT HAPPENS when there is this much to do.
I try my damnedest to give a timeline, because people deserve it. But I blow it, and it's back to rounds with you folks again.
It is a vicious cycle. THIS SINGLE THREAD has been the BANE of my existence for the better part of two years. And I
want it in the archives far more than any single one of you do.

I have never known what more I can say or do to comfort you. As I said above, I've missed my timelines. Because it's a
gigantic task. This is what happens when people want your stuff, and you do the best you can with one set of hands.
I am sorry. But that's the last time I can say it. Now it's time the lot of you that have called me names, and challenged my
integrity to buck the hell up. This IS what it is. There are a number of you that are beyond pay-pal recourse, and that is what
these accusatory and inflammatory remarks come from. I've never stolen a !@$#%&* thing from ANYONE here. In fact,
the vast majority of the time, I've given away nearly as much as I've sold. The line has been crossed, and I'm finally over
this. It's as if you would all rather file a class action lawsuit and have me incarcerated rather than receive anything.
And that is just simply retarded.

Here is the way this is going to work. As I've been "promising", the remaining helmets are about ready to go. Because I've
had to keep switching gears and trading off between GMH's and regular orders. This is the way it works. Especially when
every damned time I think I can swing it, a member threatens me or files a claim against me, and forces me to put them
above the rest. Not one of you has any clue how any of this really works. By Tuesday of next week, there will be another
load of tracking numbers up here for you folks to see on the front page. And it is as simple as that. I didn't take a
vacation to go to Celebration 6, and missed one hell of a party, because I chose to stay behind and continue to get this
mountain of BS under control. And that is what I will do. I am still a business man. I am still providing to the community.
I am not hiding from anyone. Nor have I ever. All you have to do is read, and follow instructions instead acting like
school girls in a catch scratching fight. I understand what I've done wrong. Where I've gone wrong every step of the way
with this asinine project. But those of you that accuse me recklessly, call me names, or stir the pot for the fun of it, really
need to take a step back and look at yourselves. None of of this is directed at those individuals that have acted like

this thread. Come back by on Tuesday, because I know you'll need to see it to believe it. I won't be here "in thread"
because of working the orders.

Beyond that, for regular orders, and this includes holsters, armor, and gauntlets, I'm taking folks in the best
order I possibly can. I need to re-order HIPS. It's a process. PLEASE, for the love of everything that is still good about Fett
and Star Wars, and this hobby, quit treating me like a THIEF !

I honestly think Chris is doing the best he can with how much he has to get done. I know from experience that things can get backed up fast before you even know what happened. He may be a little slow, or not up to par with communication right now, but thats because he is trying to balance new orders and current ones and trying to get product done and out rather than spending a couple of hours a day here posting stuff. Whenever iv'e delt with FP i never has any issues with him as far as communication, product or delivery time. This started when the GMH became available and he got more orders then one man could probably handle. Its easy to overestimate yourself, again i know from experience. nobody is perfect, we all make mistakes. So i think overall, FP is still a good vendor and i WILL purchase from him again. :cheers

You know, communication is so key. I see that making an extended backlash statement to people who only ask for an update is again unsettling. Easy solution, update when you come to the boards. Seriously, you are getting the business and have the funds in advance. All we have is you saying trust me. Well this is my first and possibly last order. As I see you hold it over everyone, as you have our money. Again, I don't need a rebuttal, I need a refund, helmet, or an update. Yes, I hope you get that update for us all and stop taking money for orders till you can deliver in a timely manner. What a rude and very telling response about who you are. Maybe it has you stressed out that you over sold, but at some point was there not a hint this this was going to be a flood the way you chose to handle it and then chose rebuke and rebuttal over updates. How easy would it be just to give some hint of an update. Again, we are left to trust someone we don't know and that dodged the key request for a f'en UPDATE!

I can honestly say this **** is rediculous. I know I have posted this before but I am going to say it again.

You have one guy providing something no one needs to keep them alive. For **** sake most people wouldn't know the difference from this helmet and one of his premium helmets. But let's look past that. So there is this hung that everyone needs. This guy makes them ad nauseum. and there is a line of roughly a hundred people in front of you for one.

against all human logic you get in line impatiently and you send him a pm.

If he doesn't answer he's an *** hole with poor communication skills.

if he does answer you (and the other 100 people getting in Line nothing is getting done. he's an *** hole with a poor work ethic.

if he answers and says he can't make one for you now. he's an ******* elitist.

if he answers and puts you at the end of the line, hes an ******* that doesn't appreciate the time you stuck up for him.

if you get in line and there's a delay because some prick starts a load of **** and has to get in front of you the trolls some back around and gripe again be ause of one of the options above.

Every time I see this thread it reminds me of the *** holes that go around the traffic on the highway even though they see the merge signs. if they would just get in freqking line instead of trying to get to the front, everyone would be inconvenienced just a little. instead of self aware people being inconvenienced a lot.

I am sure there are some legitimate gripes here. And I'm sure Fp has some of the same issues with others that you have with him. But if he spends his time bitching about that instead of pulling parts, nothing would get done.

The moral I trying to get across: if you want one order it. It may take a dry long to

I by the way do have an order for a gmh. Had it ordered for a long time. There's no doubt in my mind that it will come.

Leaving a massive area of highway unused seems very silly, if everyone would stop trying to get in as soon as the merge area started more road would be used. Those in a lane facing merging traffic need to stop worrying about people "getting ahead of them" and think about what is the most efficient use of the entire available road that benefits everyone. That and take turns when it gets to the end of the merge lane instead of resenting anyone that actually used the merge lane. I hate to be "that guy" that speeds down the empty merge lane so I don't because I know it's not socially accepted in this country (I learned to drive in the UK) but I think it's backwards.

While there are current studies that say 'early merging may slow traffick down' there is 20 years of data showing that late merging causes traffick to stop. When you add acceleration to a formula, especially from 0 every calculation is divided by the rate. Division always lowers a number, such as time.

EARLY merging is silly. But once traffick stops every car that proceeds PAST stopped traffick is preventing any accelration at the point of conversion. If 0 cars merge in front of car x, car x begins acceleration. Cary y and z can also begin acceleration.

Which means all the way through yyy and zzz eventually they begin acceleration. Any car in line after acceleration propogates will only slow, but not stop. Therefore everyone is delayed 10 minutes, instead of the people following the rules, delayed an hour, while the idiots zoom to the front and cut in, causing people to break, and stop, removing all momentum, which is in ALL countries, the opposite of acceleration.

Factor in that people can not drive well enough to merge at the last moment without hitting their brakes, means that in essence late merging will always cause stopping once the braking increments overcome the speed of traffick, while early merging will always cause a slow down.

And I added 'While studies show' to the beginning because studies also show that carrot juice may cure cancer. The earth may be 6500 years old. And Mitt Romney has a 0% approval with the black community. Theres no way his approval coudl be that high.

Post # 1 updated with 10 tracking / delivery confirmation numbers. The first 3 are International
and are every bit in the system if you click on the details when you track it.

A couple of them had to be taken to the back door and may not have been scanned yet at the time
of posting but should show good through the night as it reaches it's distribution hub. I waited for
the internationals to show in the system before posting and updating this thread so as not to stir
concerns.

There are two members from the first original set of tracking that was posted that I'm waiting for
the new numbers, such as Keith, and Jrd_Synn. Deciusx and Geo can use the same tracking that
was originally posted. The postage was good, it just hadn't been delivered to the post yet as we
discussed privately. Just keep an eye on it.

That concludes the "Original Run of GMH helmets". The four left showing have ship due dates.
Anyone else such as Terrible_rid / Pappy, please feel free to contact me directly as your
second helmet is ready to ship and I need to confirm which address to send to.

So rather than me be left wondering, has my helmet been shipped and is there a tracking number for it or not? All thats next to my name are the letters LC with no number.

Your (LC) number wasn't posted yet, because it wasn't showing, and still isn't showing as active on-line. For your records, your Customs number is # LC702575593US. However, I've adopted a better way of shipping international packages starting with you. So if / when that LC# shows up, it's moot because I will be using "Registered International" from now on. Your registered number is showing as active today, and has been added to your name in the first post. Your parcel is fully insured, so you do not need to worry about an unfortunate loss.

In regard to your comments about my having been on-line since you posted your question ...

In the last week or so, I've not been logged out of TDH on my main computer. People sometimes stay logged in all the time. This doesn't mean that you are sitting in front of the computer. I'll try a little harder to log-off when I'm not using it :rolleyes

Fet 4 real and sleepalot, I bought the helmet from this forum and this is the thread for the sales of the helmets. Call me stubborn if you like, but the way i see it, the only place i should have to go for updates is here.

The tracking online now says "Acceptance September 11, 2012, 5:12 pm KLAMATH FALLS, OR 9760" So its on its way as of today by the looks of it. But i'm happy now, as i know for sure whats going on and i can find out when to expect it to arrive. Thats all i've ever wanted.

its happened before on another order and when I try to contact post office it says that only the sender can locate the package. I live in the UK and Ive been trying my post office (in UK) and nothing has turned up? I have also tried using facebook, its really not my thing! I couldnt find anything regarding the GMH? Dont know what to do, maybe join facebook again! and try to contact him via his page??

Hi Ben,

My apologies for not knowing anything about this yet. As Steve pointed out (thank you btw), I only get sporadic notifications at best and haven't been spending a lot of time at TDH.

First and foremost, I'm sorry to hear there is a problem with delivery. Especially considering you've had this happen before with someone else.

Unfortunately, there is little I can do on my end. Unless the parcel was sent at least via 'Registered International'. The standard method your parcel was sent, leaves us here in
the U.S. no way of knowing the fate of the parcel once it's left our boundaries. I can certainly
try to see what our Post Office can tell us tomorrow for you. But the last time I had something like this happen, they were only able to tell me that it reached destination customs, and nothing beyond that. And as you've already made clear, it's already been through your customs and delivered, somewhere :/

What I have seen twice this year however, is there being an issue with the delivery service that parcel is entrusted with after customs. As I understand it (because mail service is privatized there), it's sort of a **** shoot as to wether Royal Mail takes possession for delivery, or if a third party independent gets it to deliver. In two cases, parcels hit customs, and were sent for delivery with an independent carrier and were delivered to incorrect addresses ... and I mean blocks away from the intended destination. Both individuals had to hunt down their parcels themselves unfortunately. If you're seeing it say delivered, I'd venture a guess that something like this may have happened. In which case, I'm not really sure what I can do :(

But I will look into it for you to see what I can find out on my end tomorrow and PM you with the results.

Helmet arrived!!!!!!!! Cant belive it!!!!I'm absolutely speachless. I have never seen a real prop but I own one!!!Well thanks to this site I own a stormtrooper helmet too thanks to RS Props. As stated in the first paragraph, remaining helmets into 2012 are already
filled or will be filled (about 7)outside of this thread as they were taken
in regular business. There were only so few because sales dwindled after
so much time passed in non-fulfillment's. And, I stopped taking orders for
the most part in March. So if your pay date is after August of 2011, please
be patient, they're almost done and I will message you directly when shipped.
A good number of those have already been shipped and received and you
know who you are. No one else has been been forgotten.

Those "few" that had armor on order at the same time as their GMH will be
fulfilled separately and in timely fashion. I'm doubling up shipping
this way (at my expense) , but it fills the long waited GMH void and is very
necessary to tame the growls of dissatisfaction. Thank you for understanding.

I've certainly had my share of delays in this past year. And I have apologized.
However, in this particular case, delays can sometimes be a mutual fault.
Foremost, you are not in the original order batches. If you read the first post of this thread, THIS thread is for original GMH orders. Your was not an original order. Therefore you won't appear on the list in this thread. As stated in the same first post, that remaining orders after a certain date were being fulfilled outside of this thread. Yours included. In fact, yours is the last order to be fulfilled.

But but more importantly, I have emailed you @ dosend1@hotmail.com with no replies. There was never a physical address attached to your order. Most recently, I emailed you on the 22nd, before you even posted in this thread. Still with no reply.

I'd appreciate you're editing your post and removing the copy of the duplicate list,
