DVH/TK826 2013 run of cold cast gauntlet rockets

hey fellow hunters..i am doing another run of my cold cast "826" gauntet rockets based off of TK826's awesome Metal rocket (with permission).

Just like last time, 3 pieces, Aluminum cold cast main body, Aluminum cold cast tip, and copper cold cast head cone.

Minor clean up, assembly and polish will be required this time around. (zap-a-gap super glue, 000 steel wool and an x-acto/hobby knife should do the job perfectly)

This run will be for 6 rockets only....and will most likely be the ONLY run within 2013.

$65 shipped in the US. (For international, buyer will pay actual shipping)

Turn around time is aprox 1-3 weeks. Please keep in mind this is estimated. Sometimes problems with casting or "darth real life" can slow down progress.

Supplies are here. i will be casting these tomorrow night. Andrewhitc is on the list for 2 but hasnt responded to my last 2 PMs. I am officially closing the thread January 12th.

I have an E-11 kit project thats almost ready to start production, and im also working on molds for Snowtrooper armor, and i have a jetpack to paint, and 4 sets of TK armor to build...so after this i wont be offering these again until next year.

These are nice pieces, if anyone is thinking of buying one, do it. I got one from Lou's last run and it sweet. Lou, I finally got around to putting it on your old gaunts and they look awesome.

Gah..didnt realize i was pretty much out of copper powder...thought i could get by with what i had, but im not happy with the "heads" so i ordered more copper powder today. Slight delay due to this, but not to worry, they will go out soon!

I will let ya know. It may be a little while though. I am in the mist of doing E-11 runs on the 501st Stormtrooper/sandtrooper detachments, and planning on a run on the Snowtrooper one as well, so right now that is taking priority.

yes as Magoo said, Bobamaker does them, but they are fiberglass, if that matters to you. Some people prefer ABS or HIPS. Also MC and LAWS do them, both in ABS, but they have over a year wait times.

Im actully going to be sculpting Snowie armor starting very soon. I hope to have the molds ready by Sept. It will be Vac formed HIPS or hopefully, ABS. If they come out well enough, i would gladly do a helmet for ya if you dont have one by then.

now, back on topic....

Copper powder is in, so i will get the heads redone and all should ship this weekend. Sorry about the wait, but i just wasnt happy with the copper heads and didnt want to send out inferior product.
