Hi dentedhelmet community,
After a long long time, I (with the help of a RPF Member) have finished and moulded my custom made boba fett helmet.
Click link to see my build for details Boba Fett helmet build, ongoing project.
The mould/cast didn't turn out as clean as i had hoped so has some dimples, i'll try get some better pictures to give a fully/over all view of it tomorrow.
For sale is a helmet, including 4 piece ear cap set, separate to be attached using whichever method preferred, glue, nuts/bolts, sellotape... the force?
Also, please note that the stalk and range finder are not included.
The helmet can be either cold cast, which can be polished up (see pictures below) or plain resin, with a off white colour.

Plain resin helmet + 4 piece ear cap set = £80 plus shipping
This is mine as is currently stands after buffing and polishing from some steel wool.
If you're interested shoot me a PM
Anyway, Thank you for looking.
Happy new year
Bump and adding some pictures to give a better all over view.
As i previously said its not a imperfection free. Here you can see some of the fall spots.
That is the majority of it, on either of the side of the top dome, it was some slight flat spots, a pass of filler and quick sanding can easily correct this.
The left side.
You can see the flat spot on the dome again.
The right side
The white spots you can see, are where the aluminum powered hasn't quite reached so it is plain resin on the surface. This isn't always the case.
You can see where some surface air bubbles have decided to settle, again this isn't always the case when casting.
View of the inside with a visor installed.
More pictures can be seen here
Please PM if you have any questions.
Thanks for looking.
