A 501st friend picked one up a year ago. since I do sintra all the time, just formed some parts. Built up on some clay and then siliconed it. Going to play around with shins next. Thighs are going to be tricky.

Back plate will come later. Still very new and building a mold. Up next are shins. They seem to look a bit more easy then thighs.

Couple of questions you might be able to answer. (this is my first Jango / Mandalorian costume) 1. How did you cut the square indent on the center diamond? 2. What type of primer would recommend I use on it before I paint?

Tommy- I like to use rustoleum "painters touch" Then sand with like 320 grit. Prime again and wet sand with 1000 grit or even 1500 grit from the automotive section. Then use silver leaf rub 'n buff you can get from craft stores. The use raw umber, burnt umber and mars black to use for the weathering jango has.

Ok, got these 7 out. Boss wanted me to hold till monday to ship the others. He did not want me taken time from "real" work he needs the guys in the shipping dept to do.
