    BUDGET ALUMINUM RANGEFINDER RF STALKS

I'm offering up some waterjet cut Aluminum RF stalks for those that are budget conscious
These are "budget" because they are raw and unpolished, and will require some work to make them pretty
This is what they look like when you get them

This is what it looks like after some sanding and use of a ScotchBrite pad

They are 1/4 inch thick solid aluminum,

I'm asking $20 shipped in the US
    PM me for Paypal info.

I think they look great and probably the best option if you are housing the electronics in the RF top. Maybe tapping some M3 threads in the top for ease of RF attachment might make them more appealing...

Is there any chance you would ever design a hollow RF stalk?

Re: BUDGET ALUMINUM RANGEFINDER RF STALKS

These are budget stalks, I did as little work to them as possible in order to keep the price down.
There are other sellers that make stalks that are hollow,pre-tapped, etc.
I'm not trying to get into the stalk business, just trying to get some aluminum out there to the masses that don't mind doing a little work themselves.

the reason i don't ship outside of the US is Customs forms.
I have to fill out forms and stand in line at the post office (which i can't do since I work for a living) in order to mail them.
I use the Kiosk before work and that doesn't allow me to mail outside of the US>
    sorry.

just go to the post office and ask for a bunch of the forms, take em home and use as needed, thats what I do.

    No, you don't understand
I don't want to fill out any forms
I don't want to stand in line at the post office -especially on Saturday
So , I choose to not sell overseas

Custom forms for a tiny object like that? The most I ever had to fill out sending much larger objects was no more than a short sentence, nothing more strenuous than signing my name. Sounds like maybe you watch too much South Park and don't like Canadians.

there is a customs form for anything sent outside the US. Stop trolling. Think you would have learned your lesson.

I don't watch South Park because of an auditory condition that I have.
Due to an industrial accident years ago that left me with a ruptured tympanic membrane and a damaged cochlea, I am left with chronic Tinnitus and Sensorineural hearing loss. This condition causes me to not be able to hear some tones and for speech to be difficult to understand (especially when in noisy situations). The cartoonish, high-pitched voices of the characters are impossible for me to understand.
However, I do (unlike yourself) understand written text quite well. When I post things like "I don't want to stand in line at the post office -especially on Saturday " and also "I have to fill out forms and stand in line at the post office (which i can't do since I work for a living) in order to mail them." , it is so that the reader (you) would hopefully be able to ascertain that I do not desire to stand in line at the post office to mail these items outside of the United States, so I do not do so.

Are you locked into this specific size? I ask cause I use a NME / M-DSB stalk that is about an inch taller than my metal one. I like the look of the taller one. If you only make this size, no problem, just wondering if it's something that can be done. If you need the exact lenght I can provide that.

Nathan, we took care of the troll...he has some issue with his humor or sarcasm that only he gets I guess. Either way he is gone till he creates a 10th account to troll with.

Re: BUDGET ALUMINUM RANGEFINDER RF STALKS

I'm ok with humor and sarcasm. I fully get both and understand that sometimes it gets lost in written form.

I'm not planning on doing any other sizes right now.
I have these already cut and ready to go.
once they are all gone, then I may consider a new run in a different size.

    It should fit quite well
When I made the water jet file way back when, it was for what i assumed would be a very popular helmet.
