I notified you that I was interested in a belt on September 18.
I paid for my belt September 27.
You originally said that all belts would be completed by September 29.
You changed the status of my order to SHIPPED on October 4.
It is now October 22, and you have flat-out refused to give me either a tracking number or my damned belt. You said that you were going to contact USPS about the belt, and I asked to be updated on the progress. You've refused to follow up with me, refused to provide me a tracking number, and refused to send me the belt that I ordered just shy of a month ago.
I really don't care how many orders you have to complete before Halloween. You first said the belts would ALL be shipped by September 29, then you had the nerve to update the thread that my belt had SHIPPED on October 4. I've emailed/pm'ed you many times, and gotten these garbage responses:

I have not received it, and you have not provided me with a tracking number or any other information pertaining to the purchase. Your last update states that the belt was sent on 10/4/2012. It appears that you use USPS to ship other orders, and those orders usually take 2-3 business days to arrive at their destinations. It has been two weeks since you said that you shipped mine. If you did, indeed, ship the belt, then you need to contact USPS immediately, as it appears that the item may have been lost or routed incorrectly. I would do it myself, but even after several requests, you have not provided me with any details about my shipment (shipping complany, tracking number).
If you have not completed/shipped my order yet, then I would like an explanation why.
Please respond to this email as soon as possible. I'm pretty irritated by your lack of communication. I'm not trying to be a jerk, and it appears you have a pretty solid reputation, so please do not ignore this message. I have included a copy of my order information for quick reference.
No follow up to this.The reason it takes me awhile to get to emails is because I currently have 23 orders to complete before Halloween. If your belt was lost during shipping I will replace it. It me check on it one last time.

No follow up to this, either.I'm not pulling anything up on the tracking. I'm gonna contact USPS, if they can't tell me where it is I will make you another belt by tomorrow.
I left it alone for the last four days, not wanting to hound you, giving you time to do your thing. You have not done that, and have refused to give me any details whatsoever, even after I practically BEGGED you for a tracking number. Why have you refused to do this, ever? Because you didn't send the belt, and then lied about it. I've kept this off the board, to this point, because you have a good name around here, and I was trying to cut you some slack, being close to Halloween and all. Plus I'm a relatively new member and I'm trying to build a good rapport with the folks on this board, since my reputation is critically important to me.
But this is ****ing ridiculous.
23 orders pending? 30 orders pending? Deal with it. You're not a guy making these things on the side. You're running a BUSINESS (assuming JM Studios is a legit operation), and I've paid you $175!
You need to handle this situation, posthaste. I don't want a refund, I want an ammo belt. For crying out loud, the guy ONE SPOT in front of me got his belt TWO WEEKS AGO!

Rubio... I have replied back. I told you that if your belt was lost I would remake. I actually made 2 belts this weekend and set one aside for you just incase.
I do not have time to answer every pm or email throughout the day as I have many orders as I have told you before. I will send the replacement belt first thing in the morning. However if the first belt should get to you I will request that it be sent back as soon as possible.
If the guy ahead and after you got there belts that should tell you that something must have gone wrong during shipping with yours. There's no reason for me to skip you. Consider yourself lucky your getting a replacement belt and not a refund.
How about a tracking number, then? You've NEVER given one before, and NEVER followed up on anything.
