It should fit just about any helmet. It is 100% cotton so dye should not be a problem either. I do have Navy Blue material which may work for you as the skirt is almost unseen.

The material I use is close to that. As it is under the helmet and inside the neck seal, i don't think anyone will know the difference.

Not sure about the breath thing, you'd have to ask someone closer to you. I have just returned home from San Antonio. Been trying to keep up with emails and such. Sorry, I do not. Try ladysewforus, Loanstar or batninja (not sure about the last one). You might also ask Woodman. He's pretty handy on a sewing machine.

My chin skirt arrived a few days back and it's looking pretty sweet! The material feels softer than I was expecting so that's a bonus in itself. I did notice the two little grommets you've installed towards the front of the chin area and happy to know that you want us to still have access to oxygen.
All the same, it's sitting on top of my mannequin and the dimensions of it are giving me an idea of things to come. But still waiting on the arrival of my helmet, so I can't install just yet. I'm sure I could have given a few more details if I'd have had that on hand.

Well friends, I am back . Got home sick as a dog, but home I am. As I stated in an earlier post, both my sewing machines took dumps just before I left. On my return, I did manage to get them to Singer for repair but they will not be ready anytime soon.

However, yesterday I paid another visit to the Singer store. I had a moment of temporary insanity and bought a commercial sewing machine. It was delivered the same day. Doing some reading this morning and hope to be up and running this afternoon.

Though it was great performing again, I did not enjoy the time away from home and TDH. I am going to stay retired this time. The Dented Helmet and serving its members are my priority.
