    Hey Zammers,
It's been forever since I dropped in here. I just wanted to say hi and give some respect to one of the very first places that got my wife and I started in this crazy hobby. Along with dustincropsboy, zamIam, maulmaus, and a few others we sort of pioneered this insanely difficult costume I still believe it is one of the most difficult costumes... maybe next to Boba. It's hard to believe it's been what.. about 10 years now since I made a plaster cast of Kathy's leg to sculpt the shin guard. yikes.. how time is fun when you're havin' flies.

Anyway, hey everyone, good luck with your zam builds. I probably won't drop back into the forums much but if I have a chance I'll see what's up. My wife Kathy still logs in and checks pm's for us so feel free to pm us if you are interested in anything, need advice, whatever. We still offer up all the same parts. We've "simplified" the manufacturing of parts on our end.. it makes a little more work on your end than when we first started offering parts but it helps us turn the parts around a little more quickly.

On that note.. about the parts, Has anyone heard from or can anyone get a hold of Yvonne (zamIam)? Kathy and I have tried to get a hold of her many times over the past few years. We've heard she doesn't offer the ovary bits anymore. I wanted to see if she would be willing to give us her blessing to offer them and add to to the rest of our kit.

    Thanks and have fun!

    Hey Cal,

I'm taking the chance to say you and all the pioneers of this project a big thank you!
Everyone who will read in this forum has the opportunity to make a great Zam.

Once by all the good advises in here and twice by the parts you collected, crafted and produce for us.

I can understand your steps. We don't have time for everything we would like to do and sometimes its the time to concentrate on the more important things.
But I'm sure that the quality of your parts will still be at the upper limit and I can't wait to get mine.

I hope I will be bale to give some of your help back to this forum as soon as I get my parts and other stuff.
And I hope that you will find the time to take a pek into this forum once in a while.

Really appreciate your afford in all this and I really enjoy reading build threads from you.

I helped Yvonne put on her Zam costume back in October of this year at a local troop.
She has 3 little kids and they are her new focus.

I sent Kathy an order for my wifes Zam parts about a month ago. So I think we will be talking more in the near future.

Thanks again and best of luck with all of your builds!

Just to say Hi! Sorry I haven't been on the boards in eons. I am like dm101 said - busy like all get out. Hey guys - regarding ovary bits and other pieces. They are easy to make with sculpey, and I would love to see some more action on this board! Come on WIP threads!!! Get creative people! And, I here is this new stuff called Worbla. Let's see some action Use those pics in the gallery. Get a stand up of the life sized zam for proportions, Try your hand at sculpting some stuff yourself! You might be surprised!! And you would enjoy it more Use dental tools to help your sculpt along! Especially if you can have prop parties with local fan groups. I am finding 501st and other costuming groups popping up everywhere-- ask about prop parties etc! For all of you who are asking me for stuff~ There is some stuff left over in my basement, I just didn't know what to let go. We are so busy with home life, that I can't give Moncal my blessing to offer my stuff, because we may put some up on the board that we have to part with. Sorry it's been ages and I can't tell you a when or a how. But just wanted to throw some inspiration your way. You can do it! (I get my inspiration now a days from the tv show Face off). Have a great day!

I would say this but I am grateful for the challenges and struggles that I have had to face because they have made appreciate . I see a lot of new names and some old familiar ones.
