    Welcome aboard.

If you use the Search function and enter "Zam " you will find a great deal of info that you're looking for.

    Enjoy!

It's best you break it down into parts

    So helmet
    Undersuit
    Vest
    Greeblies
    Shoes
And then tackle it that way

A total minefield for you otherwise.

    A cool costume

Ok,so I soaked the leather in lukewarm water and it seems to be sitting perfectly. Once I get the ears glued in and the helmet painted, I will affix the brim and weather it. So far I'm happy with how it looks.
