New and need info on how to do the Zam costume

Hello I am new to this and I am wanting to do a Zam costume. My boyfriend has a boba fett one and I am wanting mine to look as good as his. Thanks for any help!

It's best you break it down into parts

So helmet
Undersuit
Vest
Greeblies
Shoes
And then tackle it that way

A total minefield for you otherwise.

Ok,so I soaked the leather in lukewarm water and it seems to be sitting perfectly. Once I get the ears glued in and the helmet painted, I will affix the brim and weather it. So far I'm happy with how it looks.
