WIP: Tripled - Son's Jango Fett

Ok. Now I think it looks pretty darn good. Of course my arm is killing me from the rub-n-buff. Now all I got to do is the pin stripes and this baby is done. Then back to the armor. Phew.

Thanks WTFett! Worked on the armor a little more this morning. Now onto the knees, cod piece, gauntlets and Jetpack. Good thing I got time! :)

Good grief has it been almost three months since I worked on this? Wow time flies. Guess I have been focusing on my Fett and waiting for parts. Ha. Well below is the latest pics. Did get the pin stripes on the helmet. Also got the gauntlets that I bought from clonecollector painted. Getting there. Getting ready during the next couple of weeks to cut up a t-shirt and velcro the armor on it (it will be the vest)!

Well. Pretty much done! Jetpack (ok when the easy route, ordered the inflatable one!) and I think it is done. Looks pretty good for a kids version. Couldn't do the knees (legs not long enough for all that armor!)

I bet he's going to be the envy of all the other kids on Halloween! Does this mean we'll have a Jango for Air and Scare? :p

Made some more progress tonight. Couple things:

Sanded the Hasbro Helmet. Now I just need to fill in the dent and fill in the seam in the middle of the helmet.

Also used rub-n-buff (Silver Leaf) on the two shoulder parts of the armor. (Phew, arms sore with all the sanding and buffing!!)

Good job! Don't worry too much about the sore arms from sanding and buffing. It will help you learn karate at the same time! LOL!
