Voice changer - Where do you fit?

    Hi all,

As you have seen my Jango Fett progress.

It occurred to me, where does everybody fit there voice changers.

I have a Rom/Fx Pro unit. The mic is simple front of my balaclava, hiding the leads into my suit. But was wondering where best to fit the speaker and Rom/Fx board.

    Thanks

I'm not a Jango authority, but on my ESB Boba, I'm going to experiment with putting the speaker in the neck seal. You could also go wireless, the transmitter would go in the top of your helmet, the receiver could go in a pouch, with the speaker behind your armor or anywhere you wanted to fit it.

I've tried a few things myself, including hiding it behind my girht belt. I've now got a small enough voice amp that I no longer try to hide it. I simply clip it to my belt, right next to the outer most left ammo pouch. Most of the crowd at FanExpo didn't even notice it, even in spite of it being black on a brown belt!

I simply run the cord down the collar of my vest, and out the armpit to the voice amp. The remaining cable is simply tucked into the vest via the armpit.

I gave some thought to installing it in my jet pack, but I prefer not having my voice eminating from my backside... if you know what I mean. Second reason, is that in a really noisy or crowded environment, it would still be difficult to be heard so you're back to the syndrome of sounding muffled.
