No fan yet.. I have the material, but there is not that much space for it. (I have a big head!

) But I will have to put it in there, or else I will die of dehydration after 20 minutes...
Voice amp, yes! You see the cord from the mic in the picture on the side of the helmet. I found a very nice set for 37$. The speaker is a bit big, but I'm planning of placing it in the jet pack. (It's powerful enough)

i just have a question: What did you use to insulate the inside of your helemt? if you have any pictures that would be great.
i'm still waiting for my armor and stuff to start on my project but i like to peek in here to see what evryone os doing...

Couple questions; where did you get the helmet gasket? Also I've heard a lot about the BKBT helmets. Where are they found and what are they? :confused New to the site if you couldn't tell :facepalm

I made the gasket myself. It was quite easy. I bought a piece of leather. Cut it after the helmet. Then I used a sawing machine for the stitching. I used super glue to fold the edges.
I used 3M's dual band (type of velcro that's very strong) to attach it to the helmet.
The helmet is made by BKBT (BiggerKidsBiggerToys) he's a member here.
It was only made in a limited run. Don't think he makes the anymore...

Solojedi: I have regular foam inside, but I will have to change it as it get to hot...

Hi,

I've been working with the vest and the chest armor.
The flightsuit turned out a nightmare, and I had to dye it three times! :facepalm
Now I think I got the right tone, but it's a bit to dark, but a regular wash should fix that.
I'm still issing the jet pack and the back armor, but I hope I have my jet pack within 2 weeks. (over seas shipping)
Then it's weathering left to do. 8)

Are those the master replicas, right? I´ve already got them ^_^

What kind of jet pack are you waiting for? I´m waiting an Arena Version and I am quite excited

Are those the final version of the gloves? Because they are black...

Thx, the gloves are just temporary... I bought the jet pack from "thksdad", it's a classic :jet pack , with ROTJ colours, so I will probably need to repaint it. I got the harness included

And MR they are... They are the reason I started my Jango.
The vest is self made, but I'm already thinking of upgrading it to real leather...

Swedolorian Jango version 1.0 Ready!!!

Finally... After two years work, I finally stand ready with a complete Jango suit!

The jet pack was the final piece. And yes I know... It's a ROTJ Boba Jet Pack, but as I'm attending the Swedish sci-fi fair in a week, it will do for now.
I will then repaint it with my airbrush, and fix damage.

I have installed a speaker in the jet pack, and a mic in the helmet.
The last two weeks I have spent to ensure that I will have no problems with armor falling of when I'm trooping.

So without further due... My suit:

By the way, I can´t troop with my master replicas. They are too expensive and nice, i prefere to use Rubies one to troop

Bah! Troop with the MR's! They add so much to the costume. Honestly you'll get a couple of scratches on them but as long as you never plan to sell them it doesn't matter.

This weekend I attended the Sci-Fi convention here in Stockholm.
Me and my friend BobaSwede paraded the floor as father and son.
It was the first time i trooped, and I must say it rocked!!
Just to see all happy faces of children (even they over 30

) really made my day!
I took the libery of using a friends foto and do a lite bit of Photoshoping.
Hope u like the result...
