Thanks to all of this forum, because I am starting my first Jango outfit and stumbled across this information, and I am quite impressed with all of the info it has. Thank you again. Well I already have a helmet I am working on and thanks to wizardoflight's templates I am awaiting for my sintra in the mail, but made the plexiglass molds for it...

Here are some pics...

Need to go get some more plexiglass to make molds for the chin armor, COD armor, and back plate.

Well I completed my outfit this year and "trooped" around on Hallowen with my kids, a couple of mishaps (Gauntlets fell apart and Boot armor came apart). Here are some of my pics the final project (along with my wife, I made her a Aayla Secura outfit). Since I spent so much time on my wife and I costumes we just bought theirs (Original Stormtrooper and Ashoka Tano). Enjoy.

do you make you knees?(from which materials?)

I cannot remember where I got my helmet from, or who cast it, and the knees were made from fiberglass...
