    SandySith's Jango Progress

So I have finally begun the long hike down to obtaining the venerated "Jango Glow". I have my flightsuit and vest from Bobamaker and my armor and helmet from Cruzer. I dyed my flightsuit and am fairly happy with the result but think it needs to be faded out a little, any tips? Also I need to give a big big BIG thanks to Cruzer who has been extremely helpful in starting my Jango...he is the man and has become my one stop Jango Advisor....THANKS BRO!....anyway busy with work so I will get my pics up this weekend.

Just use and wear the suit, it will fade over time, or, wash and dry it a bunch.

you definitly have the purple and blue combo going on the flightsuit. Most of the pics look purplish then that last one looks blue.

    Re: SandySith's Jango Progress

Got my gloves, weathered my armor, and my MoW jetpack arrived today (amazing amazing kit!)...it was a good day...even getting rear ended on the way home was not enough to kill my Jango buzz.

    Here are some pics.

I had some damage/imperfections to the helmet ( my mistakes ) so attempted to hide it with some weathering...I know it is not totally canon so let me know what you all think...or should I just repaint the whole thing....think of it as post Reek Rolled in the arena.

    Re: SandySith's Jango Progress

doesnt really have a drying time. Just need to rub the heck out of it with your hand and generate some heat to "seal" it. I would quickly tape off the blue at the edge along the cheek and dust in some more of that ocean blue to minimize the mistake. I think you'll kick yourself later and it will be a lot harder once the visor is in. Another small suggestion, I think it really helps the overall look of the helmet, use the more accurate 3/32" black striping tape instead of the 1/8". It usually has to be ordered, I found it on ebay for a couple bucks.

Looks like an awesome build so far. I have most of the same parts as you and I'm not too far behind. I was a bit unsure of the purpleness of the flightsuit until I saw the re-lit pic. I'm also stuck for boots and trying to go down the GBX route without much success. I'm a US10.5 if anybody has any for sale.
