Riddell Fett helmet

So i recently got myself a nice Riddell Fett helmet. Being a Jango fan, i am actually thinking of repainting it into a Jango.
Should i do it? Cool or lame?

Welcome. You'd ruin a cool Boba..
But if you like Jango and can do a good paintjob, go for it.

I saw one that got painted as Jango a while ago, it looked cool, but I think it looks nicer as Boba IMO.

Well, i am having very sore thumbs from dismantling the helmet but i finally did it!!
Now its time to shop for the correct color tones at the automobile spray paint section..

Heres a pic of my progress.

I did one as a Jango. It did not turn out bad. It was fun to do.

I can't score a mini helmet on Ebay as they are going for nutso prices and guys here are tearing them apart and repainting them as Jangos....

So what kind of paint should i use? Automobile paints?

Yeah, I had a really hard time getting mine as well.
I ended up getting one in a "lot" purchase.
It had the Boba, the Vader, & the Stormtrooper all together.
It was $238 shipped.
A pretty good deal I thought.
The stormies get a little pricey

use silver leaf rub & buff!

Spraypainted the dome with silver. Turned out ok i think..

ok i got a question for you i saw a riddell mini fett and im woundering what scale thats too ... is it close to 1:1?

Yes, but right now you can pick one up on ebay cheaper that it would cost to cast one up.
