    REDBOY's Jango progress

    When I first joined the legion, I told everyone that would listen that one day, If the time was right, I would like to try my hands at doing a Jango, And thanks to a certain CO and a small sale, My dream came true!
    Well Boys and girls here it is, My jango progress so far, I've worked on this costume almost every weekend after SWW!


    My Cruzer holster cut and fitted for me with my jango blasters 100% done


    My arena jet pack re-painted and repaired 100% done Still have to make a JP harness!


    My cruzer jango gauntlets cut/primed/painted/weathered/hinged waiting on my darts 85% Thanks Cruzer for your tutorial! Life saver!





    Cruzer Girth belt, Seeker Ammo pouches, Boots and armor weathered and ready to wear!



    Jumpsuit dyed and I have to still have weather it, Armor is taped on temp, so I could mark and attach it to my jump suit!



    Left to do

    Mrs. Ladyghost should be shipping my vest to me after having to alter it for me. Thank you for that!

    I looked at you pics closely. Honestly, Those holsters and girthbelt dont look anything like Cruzer's work. I hope the person that sold those parts didn't tell you they were Cruzer's. The girth looks Like SFP to me. They used that metal buckle thing at each end. Cruzer completely glues and covers the edges with leather. The holsters have a really pronounced grain to them. Cruzer's are pretty smooth and have a different shape and completely different attachment method. again, the holster set-up matches SFP exactly. The Rubies guns have too big of a tip compared to the MR and probably wouldn't fit in Cruzer's holsters.

    The thighs need to be switched. The gentle curve goes to the outside. The cod and thighs look like BKBT. To my knowledge I dont believe he ever made a backplate, and the shins/ shoe armor never became readily available. He was working on them, but I dont think he ever got around to production. Asok sells the knees in a vac'd version, and I believe they came from BKBT.

    Well here are some progress pics of my "DREAM" costume!

    Thanks to The GHOST family for an awesome job on my vest and placement of the my chest armor. BKBT and Tubachris for an awesome helmet and an awesome paint job! Cruzer for guiding 'ALL" of us with his spectacular Guants! I think I burned a layer off of my hand, using that darn Rub n Buff! Seeker for smooth ammo belt! Dark side- For some sweet guant darts! GBX boots 'YES" they work with a few mods! Pistols are some re=painted toys! Until I can afford a pair from cruzer! I hope my wife doesn't hear me!

    JP is a loaner and yes I know it's a boba fett color scheme "will be repainting!:jet pack

    Everything else I have, Holsters, Jump suit etc... I'm not sure of the makers of these items, So forgive me for not giving you a shout out! But they are top notch!

    Yesterday I added a helmet liner and fans to the helmet, Sewed in some buckles in the inside of my sleeve to connect the hoses, Sewed some velcro on the back of the vest to connect the back armor!
