Unweathered and missing an earcap, but I still love it. Ignore everything from the neck down, it'll be gone soon...

Ah, the mastery of FP.
For the cold cast, I just wetsanded the helmet with varying grades of steel wool, no sandpaper at all, under running water.
After painting, pinstriping, etc., I polished the bucket with Mother Mag Aluminum Polish. Awesome stuff. Didnt hurt the paint or the pinstripes.
It beats any RnB finish Iver ever been able to accomplish!
And, yes, there are some paint flaws - but, hey, thats what weathering is for!!!!
The colors are Turos picks - Ocean blue Krylon and Royal Blue Rustoleum.
Thanks FP!

Beautiful, nice work with the polish :thumbsup

Just need to get my new back and thigh armor, earcap, put my gauntlets on there, and weather the helmet and knees....
The mannequin is posed stepping forward, so one shoulder is lower and behind the other if youre wondering about the chest armor (its straight, its the body thats throwing it off).
