If any body is interested in getting one of the darts assembled from me PM me for info. I have to figure out the cost of shipping and materials but it should not be to much. I have 8 more spikes to work with.

    MAN, WHAT A FIND!
Thanks for the info. As far as the pen....good future idea for a "writeable dart" if you wanted to create something a little unique.

Tired of loosing your hoses? try this!

Made a hole in the hoses and started sewing on the straps.

    couple of flat clips
    couple of straps
    couple of stretchy straps
And some industrial heavy duty wax thread.

I used the same method on my suit except I found these bungee cord ends that I could just plug the hoses into. I'll try to get a pic up.

its available in a HUGE array of diameters - so the fuel line size shouldnt be a problem.

i hadnt realized they were in INDIA - i thought the UK because of their spelling. oh well, i put an e-mail in about pricing anyway - so we'll see....

the type of hose is called "braid reinforced pvc hose" - i see alot of sites that have it - but cant seem to find the perfect jango one yet...any help would be appreciated!

blue garden hose may be an option too...the reinforcement on garden hoses matches the braid on the jango hose

    Mar 4, 2005, 1:47 PM - 2nd Hose attachment on R gauntlet #198

I was wondering what everyone has used for the metal tube that comes out the bottom of the whipcord assembly and runs to the back of the right gauntlet, then attaches to the 2nd hose. Im having a hard time finding a piece that I can use for this. In addition to figuring out how to attach something like that to the gauntlet securely.

Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated.

    Mar 4, 2005, 2:02 PM - Re: ***Official Thread - Gauntlets and Hoses #199

I used a alum rod. It was solid but you could use a hollow one. The solid one keeps it round shape without collapsing better. Bend it to shape. I drilled a hole into the whipcord thrower...mine is FG. and i glued it in with epoxy....

    hope this helps

Does anyone have a picture of the original (or an exact replica), where the second hose attachment of the right gauntlet can be seen well?

Would be a great help, as I'm not sure how it's supposed to look right.

    Thnx
