I used black rubber fuel line (hose) from discoutn auto parts. Very flexible and movable, easy to cut, yet strong. Many sizes to choose from there.

yep that's the best thing to go with. the fuel hoses. they look the right sizes and are flexible. once you wear the armor, you will know that the more flexible the better. I know there is some sort of lines crossing in there but who cares :)

I wanna be confie :)

So out of curiousity, what are all the weapons on the Jango gauntlets? I know he's got a flame thrower, but not sure what part it comes from, the big piece on top or the side nozzles and he's got a whipline. So what and where are all the weapons on the gauntlets?

That is an outstanding question!
One, I too would like to know the answer to.

I hear people on here mentioning this part
and that part, but at times I have no clue
what they're talking about.

Anyone care to fill us in?

BTW... Kerr, welcome to the board!

the whip cord- right gauntlet on side
4 darts- Right gauntlet on top middle
Rocket(Laser on Boba's I believe) - large object atop left gauntlet
Flamethrower-Boxed on side on left gauntlet.
Those are the ones i know of.

bobby ask for 3/16" ID FUEL HOSE at your friendly neighborhood auto parts shop. They'll give you what you need.

Bobby, you'll find fuel hoses at any auto parts store. It comes in at 3/16, 1/4, 5/16, and 3/8 of an inch diameter. the 3/16th is the smallest and the 3/8th is the largest. I believe the 5/16 and the 3/8 inch is going to be the average size for Jango. It's usually about 89 cents to 99 cents per foot. Try fuel line instead of vacuum line hose because fuel line has a braided cord sandwiched between the rubber and won't bend up or "kink up" when you move your arms. I hope that helps! //Charlie.

The sabre darts are recessed into the gauntlet right above the right wrist if I am not mistaken.

that would be a SWEET attachment piece. Would you try to make it mechanical as in just like the movie ?

The blades are cool, but when you watch it in slow mo it seems like A LOT coming out of a little place.

Thats what I'm talking about. The Pro's are obviously that you could save yourself from falling off of wet buildings and you could behead your enemies (assuming they don't behead you first). The con's would be assault with a deadly weapon and slicing up everything around you. I love it. I was thinking about creating the same thing. That should be easy to shape and attach from a thick plastic material or aluminum. Functional is a whole different story.

Got Maul - Holy crap, no way I'd go mechanical  I was thinking just a permanent attachement (stationary affixed) possibly detachable.

Lynn TXP 0369 - yeah, I thought the same thing. If I made it a stationary attachement, we wouldn't have to sweat it.

ShocKWavE - it could be cumbersome. That's why I think it should be detachable, but then therewould be a giant space/gap left in the bottom if the whip cord housing when it was detached. Maybe, I can do a detachable/interchangable whip cord housing, one with the blades, one without?

Thoughts ?

Is it worth all the trouble? :confused

Yep, that's where I'm leaning :facepalm

But, it could be a cool accessory. I just dunno. Seems like this never ends, does it ?

Hmm, I'm not sure yet but I am definetely thinking about it. Detachable and maybe clippable. Something like christmas tree fasteners of metal clips with small slits in the gauntlet. If they were seperate pieces, you could store em in your waist pouches.
