Nordstrom Rack Gloves

They're back and looks like with longer cuffs! Grotto blue for Jango and for you Royal Guards out there, they also have them in red! Black would work for all you TK's, TD's and clones.

Technically those are just Nordstrom gloves until they make their way into the bargain bins at Nordstrom Rack for $20 this winter.

Oh I see. I never realized the Rack was the bargain dept. My wife always did the shopping and picked mine up. I just gave her my wallet.

How screen accurate is the grotto blue?

If its the same color as years past, then very accurate. I have the nordstrom rack gloves and they are spot on, IMO.

Yes, I also have them, and they are the most accurate gloves you can get !!! Dont doubt it .

I've collected about three pairs over the years. They are the best and now I'm glad to see these new pairs have a longer cuff! They can go inside the gauntlet and not pop out all the time. I hate that.

Is the grotto blue a little too light in colour for jango or maybe it is just the photo that makes it look that way?

The color in the photo is too light, but they looked like that online in years past. If they're the same gloves as years past, then they are perfect in person.

Are these available online? I don't have a Nordstrom near me.

Ditto!!! And the lining is always coming apart on mine. I hope to get a few more pairs this year to stock up.

They have always been in the $65 range online at Nordstrom. Nordstrom Rack is Nordstrom's clearance center. That's why the gloves are so cheap there.

so are you saying that if you want to be jango you need to have woman size hands? they dont have anything comparable in mens?

They have black and brown of a few different styles. Nothing else that I can see.

I just looked on the website and it looks like the gloves are a little bit different this year and they go up to 9 online. They look like they are longer this year which is great but the price also went up. They have been in the $24-$36 range in the past. Now they are $65-$68!

anyone have a clue how big a size nine is? im sure thats ladies...i usually take an XL glove...not sure how big those are...anyone have a pair that could compare?

A size 9 is about a Men's medium-large.

okay...well that probably wont work for me...any other good alternative style gloves?

If you can find some mens white or tan driving gloves, you can die them blue.

A size 9 means the circumference of your had just above your thumb is 9 inches. Take a fabric measuring tape and open your hand flat with your four fingers upright and your thumb in a L shape and measure around. Min is 10 inches and I wear the size 8.5s with the lining removed. It takes a few minutes to massage them on my hands but they are skin tight so I can still do the pistol spin.

It also takes me a few minutes to squeeze into my size 12 Bed Stus! (I wear 14 wides!)

hey thats some good info man...so they have linings? cause those would be coming out for sure...i think im about the same size as you so maybe they would work...should I wait to see if they go into the discout area...id hate to buy them full price just to miss the deal later...

The grotto blue seems to be a popular color I would get them now just in case the run out later but they are a bit steep. I picked up my pair on the bay for $30 shipped off season.

Also after you rip out the lining you can get the gloves wet to give them a little stretch or use mineral oil.

Also again after you rip out the lining your hands will get stained blue after trooping....just turn them inside out and toss them into the wash a couple times.

Is it possible for anyone to pick up a set of the size 9's and I'll pay you for em?

They haven't appeared at the Nordstrom Rack yet. I checked last weekend.

Ditto here on needing Jango gloves. I'll take the largest womans's size they got, 9 or whatever it is, if you find them on the rack. I'll paypal immediately when needed.

Rack is Norstoms clearance store so they won't hit there until the spring if there's any left.

Actually in years past out here they usually started hitting the Rack around this time. Late October - November...

I'd like to jump on this bandwagon as well. If someone finds a pair of the Grotto Blue on the rack I'll take them. Size 8.5 or 9.
