new pouch update!

Looks great Seeker. Especially working with thick leather. Do you soften the leather up to make the flaps close or use what I use...velcro strips to close the flaps? Also, what preference of leather do you use..like cow, pig, ect..or does it depend on a grade quality? Thanks!

Nope. just do a strip that's about 11 inches tall and 2 wide. Then flip the strap around to have a 3 1/2 tall pouch.

...Hey Arturo...Master Jango :D

...how difficult is it to actually do leather work???...in comparison to lets say 'airbrushing'???...I was thinking of trying it and did not want to get over my head so to speak...and if I do what tools would you recommend???...

Take care
Lewis

Dude, the list could go on forever. it really depends what you would like to do. I would say go to www.tandy.com and check out all of there leather stuff. I only have tools for cutting, riveting, dying, and a few others. but they do carry tons of very cool tools which i dont need to use yet.

...awwwwwwwwwwwwww man...you ruined my day!...j/k...

...I went to their site...pretty cool stuff...but you answered my question...appreciate the quick response :D

...now I need to get the gonads to try do some leather work...

Later
Lewis :D
