New to armor building-- got any help?

I'm new to armor building and have gotten a couple good tips from here before, so I decided to join up.
I want a set of Mandalorian armor and so far the only supply I have is the vacuum for the vacuum table. Which, since I'm using Sintra, I don't need.
I do have some templates from wizardoflight, guess I'll need those. Though I think I need Smalls.
How do I shape sintra to my body shape? Do I need a mannequin or molds of some sort? How do you build molds? What do you do to curve the pieces to fit and how do you form more complicated pieces like knee armor and guantlets? Is that where I'd need molds and a vacuum table?
How do you make the cod pieces? I'll take any help. Thanks in advance and hopefully I can go to C5 in Madalorian armor.

it sounds like you've been reading the forum for a while. I'd try the search function first. You'd be amazed how much will pop up there. Then seek out TubaChris' darktrooper thread. He's been working on it for a good while, and there are a lot of posts, but you'll see some material there about molds and vacuum-forming.

Not sure where you are from, but check 501st.com for a Garrison in your area, and then log on to their forums and ask for help there! I'm sure they would be glad to you on your build!
