need help :)

folks, i need some help here to locate where to buy the snap botton used to attach the Jango amor piece to the vest... I tried Walmart, Target, Lowe's last month while i was in U.S but it was not successful. Can someone give me an idea where to buy those thanks a million ...

Try a fabric specialty store if there still is such a place with the advent of Wal-Mart and Target these stores have slowly faded from existence. I don't know for sure but if you can find a store that specializes in fabric, cloth and sewing items/material they may have what you are looking for or help you find them. If not there is always the web.

The answer is Tandy leather. They have line 24 snaps that are high quality and affordable. You can order them online, and they were on sale recently.

anybody know a good snap attaching tool to get the snaps attached to the boot sides?

verbal21, i think there is a Craftool Line 20 & 24 Snap Setters which you can buy on the Tandy wedsite, i am also gonna buy one of this.

If you have a Joanne's Fabric or Michael's Store by you. They might have something that could help.

Make sure you get good tools. I gave up personally on installing snaps...never held on right..

One very very important thing about installing snaps is what surface you are hammering on. If you have a little anvil or on concrete it works best. If the surface has any bounce to it the snaps tend to not set as well.
