My kids' Halloween costumes

Hi everyone! I wanted to thank the entire community for your invaluable advice in putting together my sons' Halloween costumes. I scratch build the Jango helmet and the armor is trash can. Jango's gauntlets are No Parking signs and craft foam, while the packs are signs, mailing tubes and various odds n' ends. They love the costumes and have worn them every day since Halloween.

Thanks again everyone!

If it wasn't for you guys, I'd never have been able to make 'em (especially WoF)!

Can anyone recommend a good glue remover? I think Jango72 might be right -- mebbe they CAN'T remove their costumes!

Dude! those costumes are awesome! I wouldve done anything to have one of those as a kid! you are officially an awesome dad:cheers

You mean "officially an awesome mom"! :D

My three yr old is still wearing her Padme costume! Kids love costumes as much as we do! They look fantastic. I bet our fathers would have never done this for us!

I wanted to thank Cruzer for correcting the misapprehension that only dads are crazy enough to make these costumes for their kids! I am indeed their mom and I'm just as crazy as any dad out there!

They are still wearing their costumes daily. I'm gonna have to re-apply the Rub n' Buff to Jango soo -- the costumes are getting a lotta wear!

Thanks for all of the positive feedback! All of the kudos go to TDH members for the tips and info (and to Lady Sewforus for the vests!).

LOL! Very cool. I made my boy a Clone Trooper outfit using that Fun Foam from Walmart. Nowhere near as complicated as yours.
