My Jango Progress

It looks great, one sugestion paint the inside parts of the leather pocket. Like dark brown.
Great costume.

Yeah, the underside of the holsters right? yeah I have been meaning to do that. I gotta get a stain or figure out what cruzer used on it originally.

Awesome Phil. That a fine Jango Fett you got there. Seeing this is getting me excited to when I get mine complete. Hope you still gonna remain on the boards.

BTW how tall are you? Hope you have a nice troop at the convention. I noticed ya right gaunt was coming loose, hope it don't fall off during ya troop. You might want to pull ya flightsuit down a bit too. I have this problem with the flightsuit when I put stuff on.

Excellent Jango Fett. Hope to see pics of your Jango in action.
Now get Tiffany's done lol

Thanks a lot man! I am about 5'10. The gauntlets in the photo arent entirely done so they are pretty much being held up by my wrists. Hopefully it will all get secured up by next week. The flight suit on the other is a pain in my butt because it is actually too short for me. This is why I say it will probably be my first upgrade. I hope to pick up one of Ladysewforus' suits sometime in the near future, more realistically summer. Ideally I wish the legs were longer for sure, but I will have to deal until I can upgrade. And of course I will be on the boards! I love this place :)

About the helmet...did you build it from scratch? Or did you get an existing one and either sand it or something?

I am thinking of getting a Boba Helmet and sanding/filling in the bumps and dents with putty. then repainting it.

Any tips or guidelines for a complete newby?

Hey Lightsage, I actually re-painted a BKBT helmet which were out of production for a little while and now are back if you check the Jango forum. I don't know too many Boba conversions to Jango so I might be of little help to that. I don't see why it would be a problem though. Depending on what Boba helmet you start off with there might be a bit of re-shaping you might need to do. I would probably throw this question up in the forums though to be honest. Good luck!
