Made from foam rubber, I worked out the dimensions from templates supplied by TDH (wizard) thanks kindly. I've managed to shape it as best I can trying to include some 3 dimensional elements. and shape and clean it up now ready seal and paint....working on the belt, helmet and holsters at the moment.

Ok, so I have made a little more progress since my last post, still have a way to go and needed to modify a few things to simplify things both for me and for my boy. I have 2 picsto post..the vest so far.( made entirely from PVC, Velcro and glue not a single stich) som mad that I ran out of glue tonight soooo wanted to get the vest finished.

Second pic is of the rest of the outfit so far.. will keep posting

Ok so I've finished my son's jango outfit, as per the pic of the top with armour attached, not a stich in the entire costume..all glues and velcro each component can be removed or replaced.

As for the helmet, pics are current, I will be working on the dome tonight and finished by the end of the weekend.
