It looks really good. Would you happen to have a pic showing the piping detail on the sleeve? I'm definitely interested if you decided to make these in leather.

The leather one she made for me was made from leather that I had personally bought a couple of years ago. I don't want to speak for her but I think she'd be happy to make these in leather if she had a reliable source.

I cannot be sure about leather yet.

Here are a couple of pics with my armor on my leather LSFU vest. Ignore the darker piping. There wasn't enough leather to make some adjustments, so vinyl had to be used and it didn't quite match. I'm fixing it with some leather paint. It won't be a problem. I'm extremely pleased with my vest and she did a great job of accommodating me and getting it as accurate as I wanted. It was a pleasure, Deb!






p.s. I hate flash pictures...if I can get some proper lighting I'll take some new pics without flash that look 10x better.

hey debbi, be sure to keep enough around for a vest for me. i'm gonna want me one of thems pretty soon.

Received the vest today. It looks great Debbi! I won't be able to put it over my flightsuit until Oct./Nov. On the wait list with Daz. Will post pics when my armor arrives. Thank you for all your help.

Very nice m'lady. I'm sure the pics dont do it justice. it appears dark in the first pic then lighter in others. I may have to contact you on this. Very nice work.

Debbi has made my last 2 vests. I think I was her first Jango style vest back early last year, and she made my updated vest out of 2.5oz sheep hide back in late April. I have to say that I have always been completely happy with both vests!! I have realized that honestly, the leather vest is much more comfortable and lighter than a vinyl vest. Debbi and I spent alot of time going through pictures of Jango (even though I'm a custom) and vests, and I think she'll agree that I have a pretty extreme level of detail with the parts I asked her to make me.

Debbi is well worth the money, and personally I'll never use anyone else for my vest needs other than her because I expect high quality and she has surpassed my expectations every time!

Oooh, nice! I may be sending a PM your way soon after my ancient, possessed sewing machine gives me a nervous breakdown.

No slight to the lady my friend, i think its fantastic what she's doing. I'm just wondering how, if one were enjoying this vest, you'd go about weathering it? I like the look of an older more used looking set of gear and this would appear to be factory fresh so to speak. I would imagine to run it to ground would be ill advised as a weathering technique.

When I first spoke with you, I was not sure about where I was with orders. Rather than take orders when I am not ready, I wanted to be on the safe side and ask you to wait a bit.

If/when I get too many orders at one time, it stresses me out, so I take the careful route. It gets kinda like this at the LSFU/Emp's pad...

I am ready to take more orders. I will be going to the fabric store that has the correct dark grey for the Jango Vests. I can pick up more material, if people are ready to order.
This fabric store has a wonderful Jango blue fabric for a flightsuit. I found this recently when making the Mini Jango flightsuits. It is the closest color and texture that I have found yet.

Please let me know if there is interest.
