I think I'm going to take a small break to work on my stuff after I finish Tc-2917's but I will continue to do them it will just take longer. I might have to bump up the price because noone has any deals on the materials I'm running low on. We'll see though.

Easy Leo this is why I do not ask for any money up front. I'm married with 3 kids, we home school, and I work 24 hour shifts. So my time and money for costuming is very limited. I work on them when I can hopefully soon I will get more time.

sounds like a fireman/paramedic shift......................we all know those guys just sit around the station and play video games, you could build them at work.



I kid, I kid...........I have nothing but admiration for our firemen and paramedics, they are the ones who will come and get me when I have fluids leaking out me in places that I shouldn't. I have always thought that schedule would mess with my head............you either just got off work the day before or you have to go to work the next day.

Here is my official statment: I'm not making anymore until the new year then I'm going to kick it into high gear so keep an eye out.

Glad you are still doing this project. I can only imagine how tough sewing that leather for all the different helmet shapes could be. Thanks for working on it. I am still interested whenever my time comes around.

It is very frustrating at times I'm sure my sewing machine hates me. I am also going to look into a suitable vinyl replacement so there is 2 choices for Jangos.

I'd like to get on the list for a set of slate blue leather when you start these again. I have a ASOK helmet.

I was talking with LSFU and she uses a dark grey for the vest what is the consensus if I use the same for the skirt. In the reference pics I have they seen to be the same color.

I don't know about dark grey. I think the helmet skirt is the slate blue color you were using, but I also think the vest is slate blue with heavy grey and brown weathering making it look grey. I am not saying I am right. It is just my opinion.

I've got good news and bad news.
First with the good:I found some nice steel blue vinyl a little darker than the leather I was using.
The bad news: I have a very limited supply maybe 4 or 5 I'll have to measure it.

Ok so I was alittle off with my rough estimate looks like I should be able to do about 14 so the good news gets better.

Ok folks heres the deal. I'm finishing one for Obrotherracing then I'm taking a small break. That being said I will probably still be doing some in my down time. We have a house issue to work out (where to live) but I'll still be on here. I should also have a tutorial when I get back to it.

The movie is in post production so now I'm slowly getting back into the swing of things. That being said I'm also looking into a low profile velcro that does not melt like like other velcro. So stay tuned.

My sincere apologies to all that are on the list I failed to meet the promised date. Life has thrown every curve ball it can at me to slow me down. Please know that I am still progressing on these just slower then I planned, I went against my main rule never get money till I'm almost done with the product. I have been updating the first post with percentage of completion, It should not be much longer. I truly appreciate your patience.

Finally good news. So after crazy amount of training, brush fires, 3 birthdays, life, and a shoulder injury. I'm down to the final stitching and all should be mailed out Monday the latest.

Sorry I didn't reply sooner. I was on vacation all of this last week. There was a nice treat waiting for me in the mail when I got back. It is great. You did an amazing job with this. I appreciate all the hard work you put into it. Now I just have to get it installed.
