I know that M-DSB makes an XL version of the mercenary
you can find them on the Mandalorian Mercs website under the trading station. They also show many helmet comparisons in the sale thread.
The BKBT/Cruzer helmet should fit fine, it's on the bigger side. You can try mine at the next show.
