Jango Headgear WIP

Hi everyone. Well I have started working on this project and thought I would post it up to get feedback. I am going to be making these for myself, but if others are interested I would be willing to cast more up. My plan is to use a flexible self skinning foam tinted to the proper gray shade so no painting will have to be done. I have added extra length to the straps so they can be cut off if needed. For reference the squares on the paper are 1" by 1". Here are a couple of pics.

I wondered if anyone was ever going to do this! I know I thought about it before.

I have had it on my "to do" list for a while. I don't know if it will do much for helmet padding, but it will be another check box on the accuracy list. :)

I guess I need to post this on the clonetrooper forums as well since I have seen this same headgear on some of the new clone wars cartoons.
