Jango Glove Interest?

Average adult male size is between 6-9 I think. I know it's broad, but...so are people hehe. I provided a link with instructions on how to measure your hand for glove sizing earlier. I will post it again here, and remember...I need actual number sizing...not "Large, Medium" since these are special order, there is no "Large, Medium" standard =p.

As for pricing...don't have a quote yet, as he says he's been changing the gloves to make them more accurate to the pics from the reference CD. I will let you all know when I get a price.

Not yet no, they didn't work on them much leading up to Christmas I wouldn't think. He hasn't gotten back to me yet. I will email him here probably next week, let him finish out new year's holiday and stuff.

"Interested Pending Pricing"

Also, this is just a suggestion, but you might want everyone to supply their measurements as follows...

Hand Circumference: Measure around middle of hand, minus thumb.
Hand Length: Measure from tip of middle finger to base of palm.
Wrist Circumference: Measure around base of wrist.

Taking measurements in this way has worked out quite well for the Boba Gloves that I do and
after making about a 100 pairs or so, we've only had to remake about 3 pairs for members.

Hope that helps.

THX!

:cheers

Ok folks, I'm ready to give up on this glove maker, it's been 2 weeks since they responded to an e-mail, and have yet to give me a quote. I'll keep looking, and keep pestering them, and I"ll keep this list for my records in case something actually happens. Sorry for getting your hopes up.

Depending on price I'd like to go in for two pairs.

Hand Circumference: 8 1/2"
Hand Length: 7 1/2"
Wrist Circumference: 7"

Interested, pending price. I remember that old thread where we were going to have custom ones made. Good luck, and thanks for offering up this opportunity!

Ok, maybe not time to give up yet. I got a hold of a different glove-maker, as the first one was taking too long. I didn't want to put trust in someone who takes 8 weeks to respond to an e-mail :p.

SO, this new person has been popping e-mails back and forth with me this morning, and is taking a look at the pictures right now to see what she can do.

No idea on price, or a timeline yet, but at the rate this woman is responding, probably by the end of the week :D

Good news folks, glove-maker got back to me already.

Gloves in accurate color//padding//and stitching would be around $80 without shipping. That's just an estimate, and it might change, depending on how much labor they have to put into the sample they're making, but she says it should be around $80 bucks per pair.

Still no idea on timeline, until the sample is done so they know how many hours it takes, etc.

Let me know if the price is ok to all of you so I can tell her to proceed or not. I'm looking to order at least 30 pairs from her, hopefully more. More we get, lower the price.
