Hey I would like in on this next run. What is the approximate turn around time on these?

They are pretty flexible, I used 6oz leather so it holds nicely but allows good movement while wearing it.

As for pictures, I would love to see the ones I have sold with their gear on

The turn around time would be 3-6 weeks for all of them in the run, usually I can get one done in a week with only working on them in the evening after work.

here is a ****** pic of mine with some armor on. this was a quick try on when I received the ammo belt and holsters. The belt looks great is well made and TLobe00 provided good service.

In that pic I am holding it. That is why my hand is behind my back. My plan is to put a large square piece of velcro on the ammo belt and cinch it around as best as possible. I am planning on adding the snaps on the front to attach the girth and ammo together like I have seen in some of the other threads.

tlobe, i'd like to make a suggestion for you on your belts; for your next run, put metal grommets in the holes where you lace it up. i've put mine on a couple times now and i've noticed that the rope has cut into the leather pretty good. i'm planning on popping some grommets into it real soon.

Saint_Nasty, awesome idea ... I know the original one from the movie didn't have them, but for repeated use (and not having access to extras if they get worn out) that would sure help out.

For the ones who paid, they should start shipping out next week and the following week, so you guys should hopefully get them before the beginning of August

For those who wanted in on the run and haven't confirmed/paid, I might have to bump you to a future run

I will give it until Friday (as that is when the bolo will be bought from my local source) you must confirm and pay by Friday to get in on this run.

I will still do one-offs and everything after that date, but they might be more expensive as the bolo will not be part of a quantity discount.

Am I correct in thinking that this is the same kind of girt belt for the Deathwatch troopers? If so, how much for a child's size (for my 5 year old)?

Not sure if it is the same or not... I would guess it would be... if so, send me his waist size (around his belly button) and I'll get you a quote.

I actually felt bad for my wife because all of this happened while I was out of town

I only asked about tracking codes and such because I've sent you a couple of pms and had no reply. I was reading a thread about a shirt run and they were saying due to the upgrades to the server pms were getting lost, I didn't know if this might of happened with the ones I sent you.

I'm hopeless when it comes to waiting for stuff in the mail, and when it's coming from os I'm a shocker(always worry my parcel will end up on a deserted island like in Castaway)

I can fully appreciate that you have some troubles to deal with but all I'm asking for is some info to find out where in this world my item is. I see that you have been on the site but you don't reply to pms and you still haven't posted any tracking info, this is troubling as it looks like your are avoiding the issue.

There may be reasons why you haven't got the info to us, (I know others are waiting for the same info) but let us know what going on.

I do have concerns over this now more than ever since you stated on the 18th of August that the belts had been shipped and we should be receiving very soon. It's now the 3rd of September and your're saying they have been shipped this week. You can see why I'm worried and confused.

Can you please send us tracking codes,numbers, receipts for these. I asked for this info for a week now and for you to just say "yours has shipped" and still not let me know this info is very concerning.

I hate being the nag but honestly I'm feeling like I'm being taken for a ride.

Crypto, you do seem worried, but as an owner of one of Tony's belts I promise you, you will be happy when it gets there. I really don't think something is amiss here I think it is just one of those times where life is in the way of our hobby.

Hey Tlobe00! I got the girth belt today but some of the ropes are already peeling off. It looks like the glue did not take. Please advice.

I already glued them back into place...sorry...did not think to take pics....guess there isn't anything to do...besides the top 3 ropes pulling off it was good. I guess I am just a bit disappointed after having to wait so long...no biggie in the long run.

I am truly sorry Sandy, after having to remake yours, I was trying my hardest to make sure it got done quick... when I start the next few, and get some more leather, I'll make you another one to rectify this.
